- 13 cup prepared pesto
- 18 tsp. cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- 2 cups assorted raw whole cashews, almonds, and pecans
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Line baking sheet with foil.

3Combine pesto and cayenne pepper in medium bowl.

4Add nuts, and toss to coat.

5Sprinkle Parmesan over nut mixture, and toss to coat.

6Spread nuts on baking sheet.

7Sprinkle with salt and roast 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so nuts toast evenly.

8Sprinkle with salt again.

9Transfer nuts to paper towels to cool.

10Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
