- 4 to 5 c. fresh basil
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, cut up
- 6 to 7 sprigs Italian parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. pine nuts or walnuts
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Put basil in the blender, add everything else.

2Blend until all is very finely chopped.

3Now add and mix in the cheese.

4Use 1/2 cup per round of spaghetti.

5You can also freeze it covered with 3/4-inch of olive oil.
