  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

    Place vanilla wafers in a cupcake paper in a muffin pan.

    Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Pour mixture over vanilla wafers; fill about 1/2 full.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool.
