- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Directions

1Cream sugar and cream cheese together.

2Add egg, lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.

3Line small muffin tins with papers. Place one wafer in bottom of liner.

4Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture.

5Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Cool and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.

7Store in refrigerator.
