- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Directions

1Beat softened cream cheese with mixer.

2Add remaining ingredients, except fruit and wafers; mix well.

3Place paper bake cups in muffin pan.

4Put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each bake cup.

5Cover each wafer with about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture.

6Bake at 275° for 25 minutes.

7Cool and top each little cheesecake with pie filling.

8Refrigerate.
