- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 21 oz. cherry pie filling
Directions

1Place wafers in bottom of each cupcake paper.

2Fill 2/3 full of mixture, made of first five ingredients.

3Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

4Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate or may be topped with other fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate.
