  • vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. almond flavoring (I also use butter and vanilla)
  • 2 eggs
  • cherry pie filling

Directions

    Put vanilla wafer in the bottom of 12 to? cupcake foil papers, flat side down.

    Cream together cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar and flavoring.

    Add eggs and mix well. Pour mixture over the vanilla wafers in the foil cupcake papers.

    Fill each 3/4 full. Bake at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
