- 2 sticks butter
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 package soup, cream of leek, mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Pastry: Allow cheese and butter to soften.

2Cream together with hands to blend well.

3Work flour into mixture.

4Pinch off small balls of pastry; press into petite cupcake pans.

5Filling: Bring soup and milk to a boil; cool slightly.

6Stir in cream.

7Cool.

8Beat eggs with remaining ingredients; add to soup.

9Fill pastry cups.

10Bake at 375F (190C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
