- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Clean bird; cut for frying.

2Combine flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper.

3Place in paper bag with pieces of bird; shake. Melt butter in covered skillet; brown pheasant.

4Pour sour cream mixed with remaining salt over meat.

5Cover and bake at 300° for 2 hours or until tender.
