  • 1 pkg. wild rice mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can white wine
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 3 pheasants or chickens, cut into serving pieces

Directions

    Put rice in large casserole.

    Add soups, wine and dry soup mix; let stand for 2 hours.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Brown pheasant pieces in butter.

    Place on top of baked rice mixture. Return to oven and bake, covered, for 2 hours at 325°.

    Makes 8 servings.
