- 1 pkg. wild rice mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can white wine
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 3 pheasants or chickens, cut into serving pieces
Directions

1Put rice in large casserole.

2Add soups, wine and dry soup mix; let stand for 2 hours.

3Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

4Brown pheasant pieces in butter.

5Place on top of baked rice mixture. Return to oven and bake, covered, for 2 hours at 325°.
