  • 2 pheasants
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 large cans mushrooms (with liquid)
  • 1 c. slivered almonds

Directions

    Brown pheasants in skillet in small amount of butter.

    Place browned pieces in a 2-quart ovenproof casserole dish.

    In saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms and almonds.

    Stir until smooth.

    Pour over pheasant.

    Cover and bake in 300° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    May substitute chicken.
