- 2 pheasants
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 large cans mushrooms (with liquid)
- 1 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Brown pheasants in skillet in small amount of butter.

2Place browned pieces in a 2-quart ovenproof casserole dish.

3In saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms and almonds.

4Stir until smooth.

5Pour over pheasant.

6Cover and bake in 300° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

7May substitute chicken.
