  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • dash of pepper

    Shred cabbage and cook. Heat 2 cups water to boiling with 1 teaspoon salt and add cabbage.
