"Philly" Brunch Quiche

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. finely chopped ham
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (10-inch) unbaked pastry shell

Directions

    Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Saute onion in margarine.

    Gradually add cream cheese sauce to eggs; stir in onion, ham, pimento and seasonings.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.

    Take care not to overbake.

    The center will be slightly soft when the quiche is done.
