"Philly" Brunch Quiche

- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, cubed
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. finely chopped ham
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- dash of pepper
- 1 (10-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Saute onion in margarine.

2Gradually add cream cheese sauce to eggs; stir in onion, ham, pimento and seasonings.

3Pour into pastry shell.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.

5Take care not to overbake.

6The center will be slightly soft when the quiche is done.

7Makes 8 servings.
