Philly-Cheese Sandwich

- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 hoagie buns, split and toasted
- 1 1/4 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
- 12 slices cheese (Cheddar and/or Swiss)
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine until tender.

2Stack beef and onion on bottom half of each bun.

3Cut cheese slices in half and place 4 halves on top of each sandwich.

4Place under broiler until cheese is melted.

5Top each sandwich with remaining bun.

6Serve with chips and pickle strips.
