- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sifted cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Combine softened cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla, mixing well until blended.

2Add eggs; mix on a low speed. Gradually add flour, sifted with baking powder, mixing at low speed, until blended.

3Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

5Cool 5 minutes.

6Remove from pan.

7Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
