- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Combine softened cream cheese, margarine and vanilla, mixing well until blended.

2Add eggs.

3Mix at low speed until blended. Gradually add flour, sifted with baking powder, mixing at low speed.

4Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

6Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.

7Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
