Ingredients

  • 3 qt. popped corn
  • 1 c. pecans (optional)
  • 1 c. slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1 c. peanuts or cashews (optional)
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix popcorn and nuts in lightly greased roasting pan.

    Add to margarine the brown sugar and honey.

    Bring to boil.

    Boil 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Stir until coated.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely, then store in airtight container.
