- 1 (20 oz.) sack frozen fordhook limas
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook the limas for a few minutes in the microwave.

2Fry the bacon; remove bacon.

3Saute onions and celery in bacon grease. Add the tomatoes.

4Add beans, bacon, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

5Cook down.
