- 1/2 c. melted oleo, divided
- 12 sheets phyllo dough
- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Butter sides and bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Place one sheet phyllo in dish; brush with oleo.

3Repeat with 5 more sheets of phyllo, keeping other covered to prevent drying.

4In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, broccoli and cheese; spread over phyllo.

5In another bowl, whisk eggs, milks, salt and pepper; pour over chicken.

6Cover filling with one phyllo sheet, brush with oleo. Repeat with rest of phyllo.

7Brush top with remaining oleo.

8Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
