  • 1/2 c. melted oleo, divided
  • 12 sheets phyllo dough
  • 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Butter sides and bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Place one sheet phyllo in dish; brush with oleo.

    Repeat with 5 more sheets of phyllo, keeping other covered to prevent drying.

    In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, broccoli and cheese; spread over phyllo.

    In another bowl, whisk eggs, milks, salt and pepper; pour over chicken.

    Cover filling with one phyllo sheet, brush with oleo. Repeat with rest of phyllo.

    Brush top with remaining oleo.

    Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
