  • 6-8 green tomatoes (no substitution)
  • small head cabbage
  • 5 onions
  • 5 bell peppers
  • 6 cayenne peppers
  • 3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • 2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. canning salt (no substitution)
  • 1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice (no substitution)

Directions

    Shred vegetables in food processor, and pour into a bowl. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and spice.

    Put into a boiling pot, and boil until transparent.
