  • 1 cup raw chashews (soaked in water 4-6 hours)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tehina
  • 1 cup of raw walnut/almond
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup packed dates
  • Pinch sea salt

Directions

    Put the dates, nuts, salt and cocoa powder into a food processor and blend until it forms into a ball.

    Divide crust among serving dishes and press with fingers to distribute.

    Add all the rest ingredients to a blender and mix until very smooth.
