- 1 can chick peas cooked, about 200 g
- 1 cup tahini sesame paste
- 1 juice
- 3 lemons
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- crushed garlic optional
- salt
- chilli pepper Ground
Directions

1Skin the chick peas.

2Mash them fine (I use a hand blender).

3Add tahini, salt, crushed garlic (optional), pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.

4If hummus is too thick, add more lemon juice.
