  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 hot diced red pepper
  • okra

Directions

    Put in bottom of each jar 1 clove garlic, 2 tablespoons dill weed or seed and 1/4 of hot dried red pepper.

    Add whole okra to jar.

    Heat to boil vinegar, water and salt.

    Pour hot vinegar over the okra and seal.
