- 1/2 cup sweet onion (roughly diced)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup pickle juice (liquid from a jar of pickles)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Directions

1Add oil and butter to a large frying pan, heat until melted.
