- 3 qt. whole okra
- 3 heads fresh dill
- 3 buds garlic
- 1 qt. water
- 1/2 c. canning salt
- 1 pt. vinegar
Directions

1Select small size okra; wash well, leaving small end of stem on.

2Pack okra in clean sterilized jars.

3Put a head of dill or dill seed with a bud of garlic in each jar.

4Make brine of vinegar, water and salt.

5Bring to a boil and pour over okra.

6Seal.

7Let set for 4 or 6 weeks.

8Be sure no dill seeds are under lid when you seal it, or it will spoil.
