- 1/2 cup flour
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1 cup oil, for frying
- 3 Claussen Dill Pickles, each cut crosswise into 6 slices
Directions

1Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.

2Gradually stir in club soda, beating until smooth and well blended.

3(Batter will be thick.)

4Heat oil in deep 10-inch skillet on medium-high heat to 350 degrees F. Add pickles to batter; stir to evenly coat.

5Remove from batter, 1 at a time; shake gently to remove excess batter.

6Add pickles, in batches, to skillet; cook 1 to 2 min.

7or until golden brown, turning frequently.

8Drain on paper towels.

9Serve warm.
