- 1 gal. cold water
- 1 1/2 c. pickling salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 big dishpan cooked beans
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and let set overnight.

2Cook beans and let cool.

3Fill jars to 1/2 inch from top.

4Stir liquid; pour over beans and seal.

5Makes 11 quarts.

6Store in a cool place.
