- 1/2 bushel beans
- 3 doz. ears corn
- 1 gal. water
- 1 c. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Break beans and cook until done.

2Pour water from beans.

3Boil corn on cob.

4Cool and cut from cob.

5Mix together and place in large jar.

6Mix remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil.

7Pour over the beans and corn already in jar.

8Place weights over mixture and cover tightly for 9 days.

9After this, you may can or leave in jar.
