- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 2 lb. carrots, scraped and cut into strips
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.

2Add dill seed and remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.

3Cover.

4Reduce heat and simmer 6 to 8 minutes.

5Remove from heat and chill 8 hours.
