- 8 carrots, scrubbed and scraped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 whole cloves
Directions

1Cut carrots into 3-inch strips, then in quarters.

2Cook in small amount of salted water for 5 minutes.

3Drain.

4Mix other ingredients and cook 10 minutes.

5Cool.

6Remove cinnamon stick and cloves.

7Pour over cooled carrots.

8Prepare at least 8 hours before eating.
