- 2 cauliflowers, cut up
- 1 pt. small onions
- 3 medium red peppers
- 1/2 pt. salt
- 2 qt. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Dissolve salt in water enough to cover vegetables, and let stand overnight.

2In the morning, drain them.

3Heat vinegar with mustard until it boils.

4Add the vegetables and boil for about 15 minutes or until fork can be thrusted through cauliflower.
