  • cream or milk
  • 1 lb. haddock
  • 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • lemon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 500°.

    Dip fish in milk.

    Combine cheese and bread crumbs.

    Coat fish.

    Put in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.
