  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black onion seeds (kalonji)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds (rai)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 3 red chilies
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

    Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Dry roast kalonji, rai, saunf and chilies. Add 1/2 cup water, boil, add cauliflower, red chili powder, vinegar and salt.

    Stir fry and cook covered, stir occassionaly, sprinkle water in between.
