- 2-1/4 qt. white wine vinegar
- 3 cups dry white wine
- 3 cups Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 6 each bay leaves
- 2 each English cucumbers, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cucumbers in sauce pot.

2Bring just to simmer on medium heat.

3Remove from heat.

4Strain through fine-mesh sieve.

5Discard strained pieces.

6Refrigerate strained liquid until chilled.

7Pour strained liquid over cucumbers in non-reactive bowl; cover with plastic wrap, firmly pressing wrap onto surface of cucumbers.

8Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
