- 6 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. pickling salt
- 3 Tbsp. dill seed (if no fresh dill)
- 6 fresh dill
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 3 lb. green beans
Directions

1Combine first nine (9) ingredients.

2Bring to a boil.

3Cook 3 minutes.

4Wash and trim beans.

5Do not blanch.

6Pack beans in sterile jars.

7Pour vinegar solution over beans.

8Seal.

9Process in water bath for 10 minutes.
