  • 2 qt. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
  • 2 onions, sliced thin

Directions

    Boil eggs and peel.

    In a saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil. Add remaining ingredients except eggs.

    Cool.

    Place in 2 quart jar.

    Pour brine mixture over and seal.

    Store in refrigerator. Do not eat for at least 2 weeks.
