- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- dash of lemon juice
- dash of garlic
- 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 3 green onions, sliced
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions. Spoon mixture into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly browned. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.
