  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. real mayonnaise
  • dash of lemon juice
  • dash of garlic
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions. Spoon mixture into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly browned. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.
