  • 2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pickling spice
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

    Combine and boil all ingredients except eggs and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes.

    Place eggs in bowl or jar.

    Strain mixture over eggs.

    Add garlic.

    Place in refrigerator for 3 days (or longer).

    Drain and dry to eat.
