- 4 parts white vinegar
- 1 part water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

1Put eggs in quart jar with peppers.

2In 2-quart pan, heat remaining ingredients until you can't hold your finger in it. Pour over eggs, making sure to cover all eggs.

3Seal and let stand 1 to 2 weeks.

4Store in refrigerator after opening.
