  • 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 4 parts white vinegar
  • 1 part water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • peppers

Directions

    Put eggs in quart jar with peppers.

    In 2-quart pan, heat remaining ingredients until you can't hold your finger in it. Pour over eggs, making sure to cover all eggs.

    Seal and let stand 1 to 2 weeks.

    Store in refrigerator after opening.
