- 12 None large eggs
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 2/3 cup malt vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 None bay leaf
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 None cinnamon stick
Directions

1To hard boil the eggs, place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Once the water reaches a boil, remove from heat. Let eggs sit in hot water for 12 mins, drain then run under cold water. Peel then place in a wide neck jar.

2Bring vinegar, 2/3 cup water, sugar, salt, bay leaf, peppercorns and cinnamon to a boil. Pour over eggs and let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
