  • 18 large eggs
  • 3 can sliced beets 16oz
  • 2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 can apple cider vinegar

    boil eggs

    put beets in a one gallon jar

    for each can add a can of apple cider vinegar

    add sugar to taste.

    I use 2 1/2 cups

    let jar set peel the eggs and add to jar making sure you push eggs below juice so they will turn a beautiful purple

    put jar in the refrigerator and let sit about 24 hours
