- 3 can sliced beets 16oz
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 can apple cider vinegar
Directions

1boil eggs

2put beets in a one gallon jar

3for each can add a can of apple cider vinegar

4add sugar to taste.

5I use 2 1/2 cups

6let jar set peel the eggs and add to jar making sure you push eggs below juice so they will turn a beautiful purple

7put jar in the refrigerator and let sit about 24 hours
