- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 whole cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
- dry mustard
- pickling spice
Directions

1Hard boil eggs.

2Plunge into cold water.

3Remove shells. Place in sterilized jar.

4Heat vinegar and water; add seasoning. Pour over edges.

5Let eggs stand for at least 1 week.

6Refrigerate after opening.
