- 8 to 10 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small red hot pepper
- pinch of mace
Directions

1Peel eggs and pack tightly into quarter jar.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.

3Pour boiling hot mixture over the eggs and seal.

4Eggs will be ready in 4 to 5 days.

5Keep refrigerated.
