  • 1 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, shelled

Directions

    In saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, celery seed, garlic and bay leaves.

    Bring to boiling; simmer 30 minutes. Cool.

    Pour over eggs in crock, glass jar or bowl.

    Cover; refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.
