  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • vinegar
  • green pepper

Directions

    Wash pepper and remove seeds and insides.

    Cut into slices. Put into pint jars and add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cup water.

    Add enough vinegar to cover pepper in jar.

    Will pickle in about 2 weeks.
