- 3/4 cup vanilla cookie crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Combine cookie crumbs with butter and press into 8-inch pie plate or springform pan.

2Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

4Cream butter and sugar until mixture is light.

6Mix in mint extract and fill cooled pie shell and chill overnight.
