- 6 large jalapenos peppers
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

1mix the vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a small pot and heat until it is just begining to boil

2Set the sauce aside and slice your peppers into small rings.

3if you want it hot and spicy, then leave the seeds in.

4if you want it milder (but just as tasty!)

5then cut the slices about 1/2 way up.

6Take the blunt end of your knife and remove the seeds.

7The seeds are what hold most of the heat in most peppers

8in a sealable container put in the sliced peppers and pour the liquid over them.

9let them sit over night, but the longer they sit, the better.
