- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, Washed, Stems Removed, Cut In Half
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 4 slices Bacon, Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a roasting pan with non-stick spray and place aside.

2In a medium size bowl combine the chopped Brussels sprouts, olive oil, bacon, garlic, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until Brussels sprouts are evenly coated with oil and bacon is spread throughout.

3Pour onto the roasting dish in a single layer and roast for 35-45 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are browned and bacon is fully cooked.
