- jalapenos
- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. canning salt
- 1 clove garlic per jar
- 1 tsp. dill seed per jar
Directions

1Wash jalapenos and prick each with a needle.

2Do not cut stems off.

3Pack into pint jars with clove of garlic and 1 teaspoon dill seed per jar.

4Mix cider vinegar, water and canning salt.

5Simmer for 5 minutes.

6Pour immediately over peppers.

7Should be enough for 5 to 6 pints.

8Seal and process.
