  • 1 c. Japanese vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
  • 1/2 pkg. seedless Li Hing Mui or about 1/4 c.
  • sliced green mangoes

Directions

    Combine ingredients except mangoes.

    Mix well and pour over sliced mangoes.

    Mix every 2 hours.

    Leave out overnight.
